Getting Your Manuscript Beyond the First Read
In “Meet the Gatekeepers,” AZ Hackett, Editorial Assistant at Viking Children’s Books, Claire Tattersfield, Publishing Coordinator at Penguin Young Readers, and Gaby Caballero, Agent Assistant at William Morris Endeavor (WME) will share what it’s like to work in the publishing industry, how they read their way through the slush pile, and what makes a manuscript stand out from the crowd. Plus, our panel will take questions from Mini Summit attendees!
